The Skip is an open-air cocktail bar that leans into island vibes and easygoing energy, making it a natural match for frosty, fruit-forward sips. The menu keeps things playful with frozen takes on familiar favorites, including a strawberry daiquiri built with Bacardi and lime and a Cucumber Margarita accented by dry curaçao, cucumber, citrus, and orange. Guests who like a bubbly chill can opt for a French 75 slush with gin, lemon, cava, and sugar, while dessert-drink fans can go for the blended Irish Coffee with 100-proof whiskey, cream, sugar, and cold-brew concentrate. Fun frozens, tropical drinks, and craft brews keep the good times going at The Skip.

The Brakeman pairs a relaxed gathering space with an evolving bar program and two blended signatures that anchor the frozen side of the menu. “The Brakeman is our American beer and rec hall featuring rotating beers on draft, classic craft spirits, and seasonal frozen cocktails—including our fan favorite Frosé and signature Frozen Paloma, with tequila, lime, and grapefruit. Stop by to watch the game, socialize with friends, or catch performances by local musicians and entertainers. Our downtown hangout is fully equipped with beerhall seating, big screen TVs, tap tables, foosball and beer pong, plus fried chicken and biscuits from adjoining Penny Red’s,” shares Patrick Petrides, Executive Director of Food & Beverage and Managing Partner at Shinola Hotel. Beyond the Paloma, the Frosé blends rosé, vodka, and Americano Rosa for a rosy finish.

At Carajillo, frozen cocktails stack up nicely alongside a full menu of Mexican staples, so you can match your drink to whatever you’re craving. The frozen margarita comes in four varieties (original, spicy, pineapple, or tamarindo), each made with Milagro Silver, Gran Gala, lime juice, and blue agave. Coffee lovers can switch things up with a Frozen Carajillo that whirls Licor 43, coffee liqueur, and a fresh espresso shot into a silky, caffeinated slush. From elotes and tamales to nachos, guacamole with freshly-made chips, and more, the food lineup gives you plenty to pair with your glass.

The frozen lineup at Mojave Cantina covers both a house classic and a playful large-format option. The Mojave Margarita is made with silver and reposado tequila, triple sec, and fresh lime juice, and the Cervezarita ups the fun, with a jumbo frozen margarita crowned by a mini Corona turned upside down in the glass. “At Mojave Cantina, we specialize in fresh, whole food ingredients, and that doesn’t stop at our margaritas! We handcraft our Mojave Margarita daily using all fresh ingredients such as clean tequila, organic cane sugar-based homemade simple syrup, and finishing with hand-zested fresh navel orange! Our frozen margaritas come in a variety of flavors like mango, raspberry, peach, and more, using homemade and freshly blended fruit puree, making for an exceptional drink with nothing to feel guilty about, leaving you to enjoy what you order today without worry over how it’ll leave you feeling tomorrow!” shares owners Fairen Hartunian, Markos Goulas, Tom Goulas, and Philip Tsapatoris. Flavor choices also include blood orange, blackberry, and strawberry, so you can keep things classic or switch it up with your frozen drinks.
